Aw, Shucks, You're Too Late
The deadline for submissions has passed. Fret not, though. One person's tardiness is another's early awareness of the next festival. The oh-four hi/lo will be rad, so hold onto that film and check back here later for updates on how to make our jaws drop next year. It's the next best thing to making our drawers drop.
