We originally bought our property with the intention of letting it out.  One of the major concerns we had was who would look after our property while we were not there, who would clean it, look after our guests and keep a general eye on things.

Buying a property abroad is a major investment and we all want to ensure that our major investment doesn't become a major headache.  When you don't live in the same country and don't speak the language things can become very stressful.  Like us, you will want to ensure that your investment is looked after by someone you can trust and rely on.

You may want to keep the property exclusively for your own use or you may wish to offset some of your expenditure by letting it out when you are not using it.

Whatever you require we can tailor make a service to offer you the peace of mind you require.  We can provide a range of services to both you and your guests including:

Key Holding / Management

Regular property inspections and security checks, checking for leaks, flushing toilets, opening windows to air the property, sweeping outside patios etc.  We will undertake minor repairs e.g. replacing bulbs, kitchen equipment etc. at cost price and can provide you with photographs of any damage or repairs.  We can also collect mail and forward to you at cost price.

Acting as point of contact for your guests, assisting them with any issues or queries.

Arranging for quotations for maintenance work.

Access for tradesmen can be arranged and is chargeable by the hour.

Cleaning

Cleaning of property between lets, changing and washing bed linen and towels etc. Inspection of property for any damage.  Welcome packs can also be arranged and special requests catered for.

Letting Service

We can arrange to let your property for you.  We advertise on our website and in property publications.  This can save you considerable time, effort and expenditure as we will pay for all advertising costs and you only pay us for the weeks we let for you.  We will also act as point of contact for enquiries so you can sit back and let us do the hard work for you.

Advertising Service

If you wish to deal with the letting of the property yourself we can advertise your property on our website for as little as £0.19p per day.   If you don't already have a property management and / or cleaning service we can take care of this for you if you wish.
