Regular property inspections and security checks, checking for leaks, flushing toilets, opening windows to air the property, sweeping outside patios etc. We will undertake minor repairs e.g. replacing bulbs, kitchen equipment etc. at cost price and can provide you with photographs of any damage or repairs. We can also collect mail and forward to you at cost price.
Arranging for quotations for maintenance work.
Being on site to provide access for tradesmen is chargeable at €12 per hour.
Additional services are charged at €12 per hour.

We can arrange to meet your guests and collect any security deposits and collect the keys and inspect the property at the end of the let. We will also be available as a point of contact during their stay.
1 loaf of bread (or Spanish equivalent) 1/2lb butter, jam or marmalade, 6 eggs, 40 English brand name tea bags, jar of instant coffee, sugar, 1ltr milk, 1 carton orange juice, large bottle of water, bottle of white or red wine.
Booking services are charged at a flat rate of €55 per booking. This includes handling enquiries, meeting and greeting your guests and being available as a point of contact throughout their stay. Cleaning is charged extra.
This also includes advertising of your property. In addition to our web-site we advertise in a variety of holiday publications.
For those wishing to handle their own letting, advertising is available on our site for €90 per year for a standard sized advert (approximately 0.19p per day).
You can choose to use all or any individual part of our service. The choice is entirely yours. We realise that some of you may already have arrangements for looking after and / or cleaning your property. Even if you don't need to or wish to take advantage of our management and cleaning service we will be happy to look after the letting of your property and act as a back up service if required.
Alternatively, you may wish to handle your own letting but may need someone to manage your property and clean between lets. You are welcome to advertise on our site for a very reasonable nominal sum and engage whichever parts of our services you need.
