SUBMITTING TO THE 2005 HI/LO FILM FESTIVAL

We are now taking submissions for the 2005 hi/lo film festival!

Our regular submission deadline is January 1, 2005 after that, submission fees go up but you can still get it to us by our final deadline - January 15, 2005. Looking forward to your films! Any questions? Email us!

THREE EASY STEPS:

1) complete the application below

2) pay the submission fee online below or mail a check issued by an American bank to the address below

3) mail an NTSC vhs tape of your film to:

NOTE:
If postmarked by January 1 submissions are:
$10 for films 10 min or under
$15 for films 11-20 min
$25 for films over 20min

After January 2005 all films are $25 until final deadline January 15.

If mailing from abroad please send us an NTSC tape unless PAL is unavoidable, in any case please do not send us checks in your currency or international money orders, instead pay the submission fee with a credit card online

You must fill out a separate application and pay submission fees for each film you submit.
