SUBMITTING TO THE 2006 HI/LO FILM FESTIVAL

We are now taking submissions for the 2006 hi/lo film festival!

Is your film high concept, low budget and less than 30 minutes long?
If so, get it to us by:

November 1, 2005 - early bird submission fee: $15
December 1, 2005 - final deadline, submission fee: $25

SUBMITTING YOUR FILM IN THREE EASY STEPS:

1) Complete an application. 2 online options below: via WithOutABox.com or Hi/Lo direct; - or download the application as PDF

2) Pay the submission fee online below or mail a check issued by an American bank

3) mail an NTSC vhs tape, or dvd (region 0, 1 only), of your film to:

If you want to submit your film directly to hi/lo then please proceed with the form below.

If mailing from abroad please send us an NTSC tape unless PAL is unavoidable, in any case please do not send us checks in your currency or international money orders, instead pay the submission fee with a credit card online
